Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration as on leave granted. On remand, the parties should present arguments concerning, and the Court of Appeals should consider, both whether the disputed statements were excited utterances and whether they were admissible under the rule of Burton. See People v Gee, 406 Mich 279, 282; 278 NW2d 304 (1979), People v Straight, 430 Mich 418, 424-425; 424 NW2d 257 (1988), and People v Burton, 433 Mich 268; 445 NW2d 133 (1989).
