ORDER. On order of the Court, the motion for immediate consideration is considered, and it is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal is also considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302 (F) (1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the judgment of the Court of Appeals and the judgment of the Livingston Circuit Court and we REMAND the case to the Livingston Circuit Court for a new trial. The introduction of evidence concerning the defendant's lack of sexual activity with a person other than the alleged victim, together with the prosecutor's comments thereon, denied the defendant a fair trial. People v. Travis, 246 Mich 514; 224 NW2d 329 (1929).
