Order By order of October 26, 1993, this Court directed the prosecutor to show cause why the defendant's sentence should not be vacated and the case remanded for resentencing on the authority of 1988 PA 47 and People v Schultz, 435 Mich 517; 460 NW2d 505 (1990), and the prosecutor has filed an amended answer to the defendant's application, in response to the order. On order of the Court, the application for leave appeal is considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the defendant's sentence and REMAND the case to the Genesee Circuit Court for resentencing pursuant to 1988 PA 47.
