Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal and the prosecutor's response to the order to show cause entered June 29, 1992, are considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F) (1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Muskegon Circuit Court and ORDER that court to admit the defendant to bail pending determination of his appeal now before the Court of Appeals, or until further order of the Court of Appeals. The amount of bail must be set at a reasonable amount with sufficient sureties. Due notice must be given to the prosecuting attorney of Muskegon County of the time and place when the bond shall be presented for approval. The bond must be conditioned on the defendant's performance of any order that shall be made by the Court of Appeals and conditioned further on the defendant's expeditious prosecution of the appeal. Boyle, J., would grant leave to appeal.
