Order By order of December 30, 1992, the delayed application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Veling (Docket No. 93321) and People v Hill (Docket No. 93406). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on July 13, 1993, 443 Mich 23, the application is again considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we MODIFY the judgment of the Court of Appeals and REMAND this case to the Recorder's Court for the City of Detroit for further proceedings in light of People v Veling (and Hill), 443 Mich 23 (7/13/93).
