Order On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Recorder's Court for the City of Detroit. On remand, the Court shall within 56 days of this order, conduct an evidentiary hearing, issue findings of fact with regard to the failure of retained counsel to file an appeal, and file in this Court a report of those findings and a record of the hearing. We retain jurisdiction.
