Order By order of April 25, 1989, defendant's letter request under MCR 7.303 to determine whether leave to appeal or other relief should be granted by this Court was treated as an application for leave to appeal and held in abeyance pending the decisions in People v Moore (Docket No. 80432) and People v Milbourn (Docket No. 80475). On order of the Court, the decisions having been issued on May 9, 1989, 432 Mich 311 (1989), and September 11, 1990, 435 Mich 630 (1990), respectively, the application is again considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of People v Moore, 432 Mich 311 (1989), and People v Milbourn, 435 Mich 630 (1990). In all other respects, leave to appeal is DENIED.
