Order. By order of July 31, 1989, the certification by the Court of Appeals pursuant to Administrative Order 1984-2 that its decision in this case conflicts with its decision in People v. Jiminez, 27 Mich App 633 (1970), 1v den 384 Mich 819 (1971), and People v. Sanchez, 98 Mich App 562 (1980), and the delayed application for leave to appeal were held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Hill (Docket No. 81818) and People v Medley (Docket No. 81819). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on September 27, 1989, 433 Mich 464 (1989), the matter is again considered. Leave to appeal is DENIED, and the Court respectfully declines to order further consideration of the question presented.
