Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal and the motions for bond pending appeal and to file a supplemental brief are considered. The motion to file a supplemental brief is granted. Pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal and the motion for bond pending appeal, we order the Muskegon County prosecutor to show cause in writing, in this Court, within 28 days after the date of this order, why the Court of Appeals order of December 12, 1994, denying the defendant's motion for bond pending appeal, should not be vacated and the defendant granted bonding pending appeal to the Court of Appeals for the reasons stated by the defendant in his brief and supplemental brief filed with this Court.
