Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal and the application for leave to appeal as cross-appellant are considered. Pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE, in part, the judgment of the Court of appeals. The failure of the trial Judge in this case to fill out the sentencing information report does not require a resentencing. The record reflects that the trial Judge sentenced this defendant after considering the relevant factors. Under these circumstances, resentencing is unnecessary. In all other respects, leave to appeal and leave to appeal as cross-appellant are DENIED because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
