By order of October 27, 1986, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Murray (Docket No. 77743), and People v Broden (Docket No. 77795). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on July 13, 1987, 428 Mich 343 (1987), the application is again considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the judgment of the Court of Appeals and REMAND the matter to that court for reconsideration in light of People v Murray and People v Broden. See 428 Mich 354, n 18; 355. We do not retain jurisdiction.
