Order On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302 (F) (1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the judgment of the Court of Appeals and we REMAND this case to the trial court to conduct an evidentiary hearing. The affidavit of the juror which supports the defendant's claim of juror misconduct provides a sufficient basis for conducting an evidentiary hearing to determine whether the verdict should be set aside particularly since the information provided to the other jurors was extraneous in nature and did not concern mistakes or misconduct inherent in the verdict.
